These terms govern use of bizhelp.io and the free initial GTM Modernization Assessment. Paid consulting or implementation work is governed by a separate written agreement.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. You may use the site only for lawful purposes and may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or misuse contact and assessment features.

Free GTM Modernization Assessment

The free assessment consists of a scheduled initial discovery meeting and personalized guidance based on the information reasonably available. A booking creates no obligation to purchase services. The assessment is not a comprehensive technical, security, privacy, legal, compliance, financial, or ROI audit.

Estimates and proposals

Any cost, timing, impact, or implementation guidance in an initial assessment is planning information, not a binding quote or guarantee. Paid work requires a separate written agreement or accepted proposal defining scope, responsibilities, fees, and other terms.

Informational content

Website content is general educational information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, regulatory, cybersecurity, or other specialized professional advice. You remain responsible for business decisions and for obtaining qualified advice where appropriate.

No guaranteed results

AI systems and business implementations involve uncertainty. BizHelp does not guarantee savings, revenue, accuracy, availability, regulatory outcomes, return on investment, or suitability for a particular purpose based on website content or the free assessment.

You represent that you have the right to submit information and that it does not violate another person’s rights. The BizHelp name, site design, original text, graphics, and other site content are owned by or licensed to BizHelp and protected by applicable law. Scheduling is provided through an embedded Cal.com booking experience and is also subject to Cal.com's applicable terms and privacy practices. BizHelp does not control their availability, content, privacy practices, security, or terms, and a reference does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

BizHelp disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public website.
